Now that I'm back to working a part-time job with not many hours, I've been considering taking paper art commissions. I just...don't know where to start. I'll welcome any tips and tricks and pricing suggestions from people who've done this before. I'm clueless!
TAGGED
By siriuslylostwerewolf (https://www.deviantart.com/siriuslylostwerewolf)! I don't normally do this sort of thing, but I'm bored. So. Yeah.
Rules:
01. You must post these rules.
02. Each person must post 10 things about themselves on their journal.
03. Answer the questions the tagger set for you, and create ten (10) new questions for the people you tag to answer.
04. You have to choose 10 people to tag and post their icons on your journal.
05. Go to their pages and tell them you have tagged her/him.
06. No tag backs.
07. No crap in the tagging section about "you are tagged if you're reading this." You have to tag 10 people.
TEN USELESS FACTS ABOUT MOI
1. I can open doors with
OH INTERNET.
Ya'll are going to make me watermark the heck out of the Beckett-quoting Owl, aren't you?
Aren't you?
I think you are.
Also: Hi to all of my new followers! Grad school has started back up for me again, and after doing two paper arts in a row, I'm not entirely sure when I'll be doing the next one. I'm super glad you're here, though. :D
Devious Journal Entry
I think I'm long over due for a sketch dump here. I've been posting most of my original character art on my Tumblr I made for that purpose (see the link at the top of this section), but I do believe I need to update some art on here. I have no idea when I'll be getting around to doing that, but I'm just saying it needs to happen. I'm also feeling that I need to do another paper artwork, and there is that Doc Worth one I haven't finished yet...
Grad school!
Just a post to let ya'll know I got accepted into grad school! :D I'll be studying for a Master of Library and Information Science degree through Valdosta State's online program, and I'm fortunate, I'll finish in about 2 years.
I've also been working on my feminine 10th Doctor coat lately, and I think I've finally figured out how the crazy back of it works. I've got a lot of muslin testing to do before I get anywhere near working with the final fabric, but I'm getting quite excited about this. :D
Also posting to test out this new journal skin (thanks to siriuslylostwerewolf (https://www.deviantart.com/siriuslylostwerewolf) for pointing me in the right direction. XD).
